Light waves are electromagnetic, and their frequencies are much higher than those of microwave radio frequencies. Everyone has their own sensitivity to each frequency, and each person has their own tolerance level depending on the power and duration of exposure to a particular frequency band, such as blue light.

It can sometimes take a long time to determine if certain frequencies affect us more than others, and to what extent. Some symptoms resemble many different things. We may suspect that something external to us is influencing our energy without really knowing what it is. And in some cases, the cause is not necessarily related to electromagnetic waves, such as changes in atmospheric pressure.
