What It’s Like to Wear a Radiation Suit – and Why I Do It

I started wearing my EMF-protective suit about two and a half years ago. It was the best decision I ever made — I only wish I had done it sooner.

After being sensitized to electromagnetic radiation for over a decade, I finally found something that allowed me to leave the house without being overwhelmed by migraines, brain fog, and severe fatigue. Before the suit, public life was almost impossible. Now, I can shop, see people, and reclaim a bit of freedom.

My protective gear consists of a full-body boiler suit made with conductive fabric (stainless steel woven into cotton). I also wear a silver mesh veil over my head and wear protective gloves. It’s not always comfortable, especially in the heat and the limited visibility can be annoying. Top one closed up properly it really does offer me the protection I need and enables me to go into town without having to dread getting severe migraines and knocking myself out for a couple of days after.

When I go into town, I stand out. People ask questions — often with genuine curiosity. I welcome those conversations, because they open up awareness about what electromagnetic sensitivity really feels like, and how it's affecting more people than we realize.

    Most Asked Questions I Get

    1. Are you a beekeeper? No, but I get that a lot! The mesh hat does look like one. Ironically, EMF exposure may also play a role in bee colony collapse.

    2. What symptoms do you have? Stuttering, brain fog, loss of focus, pressure in the head, and eventually, extreme migraines that can last days.

    3. How do you know it’s not just in your head? Because it happens every single time I’m exposed — even after months without symptoms. The pattern is consistent and unmistakable. It’s not suggestion. It’s biology.

    4. Can’t humans just evolve to handle this? That’s not how evolution works. This tech is too new, too fast, and too unnatural for our biology to adapt. It’s doing harm long before any "evolution" could ever catch up.

    5. What’s the point of protecting yourself if radiation is everywhere? That kind of fatalism is dangerous. You can reduce your exposure. The worst sources are usually the ones closest to you — and those are the ones you can control.

    6. Is 5G worse than the others? Yes and no. 5G adds another layer, but 2G, 3G, 4G, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth are already harming us. The real threat is the phone in your pocket, the router in your house.

    7. Do crystals, shungite, or orgonite work? Honestly? Not really. Maybe they help people mentally at first, but they won’t stop the physical damage if you’re seriously affected. Real shielding is physical — not symbolic.

    8. What’s your suit made of? How does it feel? It’s cotton woven with steel threads. It blocks EMF well, but it’s hot and can feel electrically "echoey." Still — I wouldn’t go without it.

    Why I Keep Wearing It

This suit is more than clothing — it’s my lifeline. It lets me interact with the world, spread awareness, and help others who may be developing symptoms without realizing it. And every conversation I have while wearing it helps make EMF harm more visible, more understandable.

If you’re struggling with EMF sensitivity or beginning to wonder if your tech is affecting your health — don’t be afraid to explore this. You’re not alone. And no, you're not imagining it.

Until we have safer spaces with no radiation, this is how I stay safe. It’s not about hiding — it’s about relief.
